Starting my journey:

I have finally started my journey to better myself, mentally and physically. I am still struggling with getting rid of junk food, but I’m starting to work out again and starting to notice my triggers more. I’ve stopped pushing myself too far when my brain physically won’t let me do anything, it’s really nice for a change :) Cheers everyone!

i’m happy for you! i’m just struggling with starting to work out. Like, how do i start because my physical endurance and stamina are at subzero levels
