I’ve had ADHD my whole life, I am self conscious about it but honestly I look back and I’ve always been self conscious…even way before I could comprehend the meaning and affect of ADHD!! Not sure that’s a helpful comment lol
it helps that for me I have friends who also notice the super ADHD things I do, but they love me for it because it’s me being me
Think of it as knowing more about yourself now!! Everyone is different and we all have our own needs.
It was a relief to me actually. Just accept it with grace and move from there. It’s a way to learn your personal limitations and set boundaries accordingly. You’re not better or worse than anyone else. You’re just you. Work from there and hopefully it gets better :)
