I’ve had ADHD my whole life, I am self conscious about it but honestly I look back and I’ve always been self conscious…even way before I could comprehend the meaning and affect of ADHD!! Not sure that’s a helpful comment lol

it helps that for me I have friends who also notice the super ADHD things I do, but they love me for it because it’s me being me

Think of it as knowing more about yourself now!! Everyone is different and we all have our own needs.

It was a relief to me actually. Just accept it with grace and move from there. It’s a way to learn your personal limitations and set boundaries accordingly. You’re not better or worse than anyone else. You’re just you. Work from there and hopefully it gets better :)

Be kind to yourself as much as possible 🥰 its a journey - it may take time but you will be ok x when I got my diagnosis it gave me the validation that I wasn’t just lazy or loud or too much but it did help me to recognise the areas, socially, to be mindful of and work on. You do not need to change! You are amazing as you are!

Oh really you mean in a bad way? :( about what exactly
