And whenever I feel I belong I get rejected and misunderstood by others 💔

You will have ups and downs. Self time/reflection/excercise helped me. Start small. 25 mins? Daily! You got this!

I think thats cus u need some therapy babey!!! Its alright though, everyone gets those feelings. Im sure youll find people you can feel safe around that really do care about you!
