Keeping momentum
Anyone have any good tips for keeping momentum and not burning out? I usually start a new habit or mindset really strong, and then I fizzle out.
Anyone have any good tips for keeping momentum and not burning out? I usually start a new habit or mindset really strong, and then I fizzle out.
Im trying to take days of. Just relax. Be out in the nature, stay in bed and stuff like that. And try to make most of my “to-do’s” on the work week. Sure I have more to do. But I also already got a momentum.
i use a lot of timers and take a lot of breaks. like 20 minutes of task and then 10 minutes of some easy dopamine activity then 20 mins of task etc usually adjust the times depending on task/energy level/dopamine needs
