I’d try to return it first and foremost.  However $25k in cash would make me think… drug money? I wouldn’t want to get on the bad side of that person!

Find who dropped it but if no ID I’d probably donate some and then help the community out

If it's lost in a wallet or bag, try to find an owner and return. If there's only money, then keep. I'll never found the owner and I'm not sure the authorities would either.

Keep. If I figure out who dropped it I might give it back, but there’s no way I’d hand that money over to cops.
