Too much to do

Just feeling can’t get it all done and left some stuff off list

Do a brain dump. Then sit down with your calendar and put your to do list into your daily calendar starting with the most important (like life sustaining activities first) then go from there. Think about each thing individually. If you don’t really need to do it. Give yourself permission to cross it out without actually putting it on your list. Also research time blocking. Jordan Paige on YouTube has a great video on it.
