How to get back on track?

I have a good streak going, but I’ve had some life setbacks in the past couple of weeks. I’m hardcore self blaming. I’m having a hard time getting back to getting routine items done. Also, is anyone having a hard time getting to big tasks bc you’re bogged down with the day to day ones?

I feel your pain! Thanks for the interaction and suggestion ☺️ I don’t have adhd friends since I was diagnosed late in life. I mean, I’m not that old, but ya know 😆

I can totally relate! I’ve also had a rough couple of weeks and struggle just to get through most days. My therapist reminds me to be self-compassionate and distracting myself from the negative thoughts (I like creative activities such as crafting, coloring, etc.).
