The night before my test, neither I can sleep nor I can read
Go outside and get heart rate up. Exercise helps with cognitive function if done prior to test and helps with sleep. Even just 15mins.
Practice mindfulness or meditation for a few minutes. Focus on your breath, visualize a happy place
