How to handle test anxiety?

Go outside and get heart rate up. Exercise helps with cognitive function if done prior to test and helps with sleep. Even just 15mins.
Simple :)))
Practice mindfulness or meditation for a few minutes. Focus on your breath, visualize a happy place
Chew gum?
