Hi there! What is your adhd earworm at the moment? Which song is on a continuous loop for hours? For me, it is currently changing between "Ren - Hi Ren", which I feel far too much at the moment. For me, the song is the perfect comparison for the inner conflict that adhd has caused inside me since my childhood. And for everything that is active "Jain - Makeba" 😋 cause I just can’t hold myself back from moving when I hear that song! What about you?
