I mean sometimes
I try to add 15 to 30 mins in front of the appointment time. It makes me think I’m late but then I actually get there just in time and the stress goes away.

I am perpetually late to everything so I put everything in my calendar 30 minutes before the real time. I am usually right on time but sometimes I get there early and can chill for a minute before an appointment.
I need to do this in my calendar.

As someone who works in healthcare scheduling and has ADHD. I wish EVERYONE would do this. Also....i do this too and then forget so i add another 15+ minutes to it so i end up being extra early
