Any non-food/Scroll-inducing “reinforcers”?

Snacking is a real problem anyways, and the reinforcement of permission to get on Tik Tok normally sucks me in for far longer than I’d like. Any suggestions for “reinforcers” that don’t involve food or social media?

Music helps me get in the zone, though finding the right atmosphere for the task is a distraction in itself.

I’m not a video game person but I started playing Bloons Battles 2 on pc and it actually helps. The rounds are short and stimulating. And it’s addicting and makes me forget about social media all together. I find myself doing things just so i can justify sitting down and playing it. It looks like a silly game but in my opinion it’s and adhders wet dream
