I’m day 45, the only app ever stuck to I think it’s just the dopamine from crossing off my to dos does it for me for some reason

This is the only thing I have stuck with for this long! With the reward system (that sound when I tick things off ;) and support from other adhders and the videos it’s something I’ll probably have for life 😊😊🙏🏼

How many days have you been using it? Is it working for you? I'm thinking about subscribing but I usually don't stick to stuff like this. But this app is kind of helping me this far. (Day 7)
