Not quite the same but I used something called Stickk years ago to help me reach a weight loss goal. It used to be a site but now it’s an app. It’s more like it punishes you if you don’t meet your goals but it worked for me! It’s more like an accountability tool.

This idea is my gift to anyone who is experienced enough to make an app.

I wanted to learn how to program in the past and still like the idea.

I just don’t have the time or experience 😂
