I don’t agree with today’s tip from Numo

I don’t know if this happens to you, but I find it very difficult to start an important task, and when I finally start, I enter a very fragile state of flow. It’s precisely the 5-minute tasks that disrupt my productivity because stopping what I’m doing means I have to start all over again to be productive in what’s important. I feel that when I start something, what I need is for nothing and no one to interrupt me…what do you think?

I agree with Linnorama. Yes & no. It depends on what's going on. If I'm doing an important task then no distractions! But often I get stuck overdoing something simple & wasting time so at these times, I need something to snap me out of the hyperfocus.

Yea and no. If I'm already doing something I should be doing, I certainly don't want to be interrupted by other quick tasks. But if I'm not busy with something sensible, the motto of doing things that takes less than 5 minutes right away is perfect!
