
ADHD newbie
Hi everyone! So I was formally diagnosed 2-3 years ago. Can anyone tell me behaviors of theirs that are attributed to ADHD, tricks you use, and maybe how to have successful relationships? This long after the diagnosis I’m still stumped and surprised what can be attributed to ADHD. I now realize how much of what led to the demise of my relationship related to my anxiety and ADHD, so I’d just love any wisdom and personal stories. (And don’t worry, the ex sucked anyways 😆)
