It stresses me out and makes me move too slowly when I have thoughts I’m afraid that I won’t remember. (Actually part of why I’m writing this right now 😆) My current solutions are FAR from ideal just yet, but I think this is working! I just started using a journal/random notepad I carry with me everywhere, a cell phone calendar, a journal for notes between my assistant and I, and a large wall paper calendar in my kitchen. As I was just checking off items for my assistant in this app because I was putting them in our notebook to actually handle! This made me feel new relief as I saw tasks/calendar items double and sometimes triple check myself from missing something. I am so excited to feel this way!
