Leave your shoes ON

I’ve found it helpful to combat Procrastination by keeping my shoes on when I get home from work. Once I take them off I know I’m done for the day. Try it, let me know if it works for you.

I have special house shoes (fuzzy slides) I put them on as soon as I take my shoes off after school, works for me!

literally just posted this as my best piece of advice regarding ADHD i have ever been given 😂😂😂 ya work to get those shoes off! def helps me!
