How is it possible after 7 years?

I've been taking medications for a littl more then 7 years now. How is it possible for me to still forget sometimes? I mean I have my routine almost on autopilot but my medication still finds a way to slip out of it! Thank god that I have reminders! Does it happen to you too?

It does happen. Unfortunately, medication doesn't fix everything. For example, my insulin doesn't fix my diabetes. I will always have to do other things to keep it under control, like diet and exercise (ugh!!) and even then, my blood glucose levels may go up or down. (Yes, diabetes is my favorite thing to use as an example. Most peeps understand the concept of having to take meds for it, so it equates to what we go thru with adhd meds)
