Tomorrow I go to big bad NYC all by my lonesome

I'm taking the train into Penn station and have to go uptown about a mile. A little nervous, not going to lie. The office used to be all the way up in Washington Heights and now it is not so the whole thing is throwing me off. Different subway line, etc that I've never done before. All the sounds and people are going to throw me off and the stupid heat. Any suggestions? I gotta be at the office by 9 am and the train leaves at 6:52 am so I'm giving myself some extra time in case you know I get lost haha just nervous haha


Have you tried listening to low volume white noise via ear buds? YouTube has some helpful binaural beats and/or frequencies tones for specific aid areas (focus, calm, release negative thoughts, nerve pain, etc.)
