Stuck in a 'down', any tips on how to get out?

I'm back at my parents' since a few hours and already stuck in a mental and emotional down, what do you do when you do not have any motivation/willpower at all? (I mean like not even being able to get up from the floor) Thank you!

In that case I can only sleep. Almost always I feel better after the sleep.

Singing loud vibrate your vocal chords even cry if u need too but it does release seratonin into your brain (feel good chemical) this is what I do instead of taking meds!

Sit in the sun for a bit

Bath or shower to sit in it first. Respect the emotion. If you can get outside for a walk then quick snack to sit and watch a rerun of some show or movie you can’t help but laugh at. Really laugh at. Put the phone away the algorithms will encourage more of whatever you are feeling. You got this. Oh and sensory clothing you feel comfortable in will help. Hooded sweaters are my favourite. Then sleep and more fresh air the next day. It’s not an easy fix but this helps me tremendously

Put on one of my favorite songs or a good song I havent listened to in a while and go get a cup of water, if it's daytime I might stand by a window or go outside and just sun bask or something close to that
