What it’s like to be diagnosed with ADHD late in life.

Hello
Yo
Hi
It answers many questions you would have concerning y you were like you were. Adhd isn’t a simple cut and dry diagnosis! It is very complex and complicating. It weaves its fingers in so many aspects of one’s life, functional ability, and physical and mental aspects that you wouldn’t believe . The person who does not have adhd can simply sit still look at a task to be done, go to it , focus and get it done, period. They can remember appointments and times and know when to leave the house to be on time and have time management skills. They are on time for appointments. They don’t argue or get upset if they disagree over a decision even though it is correct and they do not agree. We can’t do anything of this. So yes eye opening. !!
