Does this work for anyone

I have tried everything to keep myself on task and so far nothing has really helped past a few days. I’ll join or start a new calendar and then after a week it’s just disappear s into thin air and I forget about it. Any ideas on how to keep yourself motivated to use a app?

I am always trying new things but right now this is working well for me! I also like keeping physical to do lists in a notebook that I carry with me at all times as a kind of external brain. 💖🌈

Yes, consistently inconsistent and always starting again. It’s helped me a lot to accept that and recognize that I need novelty in systems and apps and routines so I know I’ll cycle through them.

I read somewhere that the one thing ADHD is consistent with is inconsistency. But there should be a comfort in that. Because maybe you fall off of something you wanted to be committed to but you can ALWAYS start again. We put lots of pressure on ourselves when we should really give ourselves a break.

I’m the same. Figure it’s worth a try though, who knows, maybe this one will stick?
