Meds

What med(s) are you taking and do you really see the difference? I take Ritalin (10mg) four times a day. 2in the morning and 2 at lunchtime. It helps me a lot with task managing but I don't think it's working with racing thoughts and emotion dysregulation :( I wonder if I need something else, except a lot of CBT therapy...

I take Atomoxetine, the generic for Strattera. It helps. Some. I don't really want to take a stimulate. I think I'm going stay on this for another couple of months but if things don't improve I might ask my doctor if I can try something else.

I take Ritalin (didn’t decided on a dose for now, my psychiatrist gave me 30mg + 2x10mg so I can change depending on my day / I still hesitate every day 😂) and I saw a difference because I’ve began to managed to continue long term projects (like REALLY tidy up my room and put a lot of things in the trash 😭), but well, exactly the same thing here! Didn’t talk about that with my psychiatrist because I was afraid but I think I have also MaDD (Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder) and it doesn’t help me on that point, although I’ve already see some people having both ADHD and MaDD and saying their ADHD meds work on both points. Maybe they were not talking about Ritalin 🥲 I don’t know! 🤷‍♀️

I’m on 54mg concerta once in the morning, it helps me all day. This is the perfect dose any more and I’m too wired any less and I don’t achieve anything and feel really over whelmed Also 100mg sertraline for my depression, this is the only one I have found that makes me feel happier but it doesn’t get me out of bed in the morning Also on busperone to top up the sertraline this one does help me get out of bed in the morning I recon you would do well taking concerta, it stays in your system for about 12 hours and you are less likely to have a crash once it wears off (also concerta is long acting Ritalin) Hope this helps

20mg Vyvanse, and I might go back to 30mg. It helps a lot with my ability to do something after I think about it. Also keeping up with info at work and not getting too distracted during meetings. It helps some of my irritability and mood as well!
