Meds/sleeping
I went without my meds for a few days and it affected my ability to fall asleep. Does adderall HELP anyone else sleep?

2mo*meds, not “needs”. Also, zopiclone at night helps.

2moI think needs in the morning make me sleep better at night because my brain isn’t spinning in 100 directions about something my girlfriend said two days days ago 🤣
