What’s on your mind?

Oh, yeah, that’s always a struggle for me. My mind is such a Gemini thing :) flashing over lots of points that are barely connected to each other.

I definitely struggle. I get the mind goes blank and then I feel dumb for not having an answer to an easy question.

I HATE small talk. Everyone says “how are you?” Or “how’s it going?” I default to fine but I know it is never accurate. I would much rather someone come up to me and ask me a targeted question with a definitive answer option… that way I can choose to elaborate or not. My mind goes blank or stretches in multiple directions so fast it paralyzes my mouth so all I say is “uhhhhh.” For open ended questions, I much prefer texting or email so I have a moment to organize my thoughts first.
