According to one of the app’s Procrastination stories, that’s the amount of time an average ADHDer can stick to an unpleasant task before getting uneasy! And I agree, that would’ve been my guess too from my experience. :) So whatever the task, you CAN do 10 minutes if you stick it out. After that, you can leave it if you like. If you’ve been procrastinating, set a timer for 10 minutes and earnestly do whatever the task needs. Only 10 minutes, do it genuinely. Then you are free to do whatever. Continue if you’ve gotten into it, or leave it guilt-free for having at least done your best now. Can repeat later. :) My take on it!
