What is the last ADHD thing you'we done?😅
Mine: I am just traviling to uni and I forgot to give my dad's keys back. Now my family has to come and get the keys from a gas station on the road. So, they can open the house's door.🥲

I invited my friend to go to the gym with me and when we were almost there I remembered I have math lesson in 15 minutes :,)
Ran into the DOLLAR STORE to grab SUGAR and checked out 2 hours and $150 later.
Commited myself to being more organised and better and within 2 days got bored of trying
I wish I could use down but it sets my asthma off. Probably best since I would never get it dry cleaned and my 2.5 year old would definitely either vomit or pee in it one day
I also just became hyperfocused on making my bed more comfy and bought a new mattress topper I don’t need 🫣
Needing to done ne thing on e-mail, got distracted bt ALLLLLL the other stuff there as well
Hyper focused on how to make the most comfortable bed, therefore leading me into my overspending habit, which has now led to setting myself up for failure because I am never leaving this oh so comfortable bed. Yes i have a two year old and yes my ADHD told me it was fine to buy goose and down feather bed topper and comforter than can never be washed only dry cleaned but my ADHD brain also says shhhh that’s tomorrows problem
I hyperfocused taping all my old artwork that i drew on printer paper when i was 11 onto painters board for no joke 5 hours
I began revising for my year 4 dental school exam 2 days before. The last tiem I procrastinated revision and spent 5 days before the exams revising, I failed and had to repeat the year. Shows that I haven’t learnt my lesson.
Just watched YouTube shorts. For 3 and 1/2 hours. :3
