Feeling like I need/want to do something...
Ever feel like you just need or want to do something, anything but at the same time you don't want/need to do anything... how do you break that brain loop?
Ever feel like you just need or want to do something, anything but at the same time you don't want/need to do anything... how do you break that brain loop?
Normally I'm standing in a room looking at all the things I could be doing but don't want to do. What helps me is making myself a drink or snack, it feels productive and gives me a short task to do while having more time to decide on a next task
I think it's hard for us to just sit and relax. No clue how to fix it.
I am starting by living fully in the moment.
