How do you do with hard bad days when you feel like such a loser?
Something that helps sometimes, is writing and thinking why do I feel like a loser today what is the thing that made me feel that way because I haven't done it.
Happy to know that I’m not alone in feeling like a loser. At the end of the night when I’m taking a shower, late of course, I wish I wasn’t such a loser and could just be normal
Think some others have it way worse. Have gratitude as an attitude. 😊
Everyday is a hard day for people like us. I’ve learned to accept that it’s a part of who I am, but it doesn’t make us what I am. It took time, but I learned to treat myself with the same kindness, patience, and compassion as I would treat anyone else going through the same struggles.
Just knowing that I won't feel that way forever. That is what still gets me through most bad moments. You're doing your best 💪
