What to do when overstimulated?
I get irritated at work too fast and I don’t mean to. Sometimes I say things I should because im overwhelmed. How can I avoid this?

Wow, the thought of that gives me anxiety. Losing control. But it sure makes sense!
Just totally isolate yourself from the situation that has you overstimulated for as much time as you are allowed
i take a break but if a break is not a quick enough then go to a bathroom and sit for a bit you can refresh and it might help you at work
if i can i try to take a step away from what’s bothering me & i j think for a bit whatever thoughts come to my mind & then i could down from 5 & go back
I recently got some Loop earplugs that help with filtering noise but you can still hear conversations. They are super helpful.
