What about the best part: What kind of rewards work for you?
Dear ADHDers, I got it: My brain loves games and instand rewards. So give the monkey what it wants - I try to trick my brain a little by giving it instand reward when we achieved anything (small or big). My problem is: I do have absolutely no idea what “rewarding” means for me and I do not know how to find out. Everything I like is more of the “it’s good for my mental health”- kind of stuff but I don’t feel rewarded. Does that somehow make sense? So I am really hoping for your inspiration. What kinds of reward-systems do you use to help your brains? Thank you loads, Swana
