Where’d the time go

I feel like I have all the time in the world to get something done. Then when I go to bed at night I wonder where the day went to. Then I feel anxious and irritated with myself because I don’t get all the “things” done. And why does napping always seem like the better alternative to everything?

I have horrible time blindness!!! I’ve been using the Pomodoro I said Pomodoro method, with an actual timer that helps sort of, but not really

I've realized I am terrible at estimating time. I think I can get things done because I think it'll take 5 minutes but it takes 30. Since I've realized this I feel better about what I get done and prioritize my to do list to accomplish the most important tasks first. Sometimes when I need more motivation I knock a few simple tasks off to give my brain a boost

This was me before I started meds. Meds helped me with motivation and clarity. I am still time blind but at least I get some of the stuff done. It’s ok to have these “lazy” or “burnout” days! It’s good to check in with yourself and give yourself what you need. If it’s a nap then that’s part of self care. Don’t be too hard on yourself!
