I have to. If I don’t, RSD comes out in my relationships, and I’ll end up feeling nervous literally half the day from all the overthinking. As an empath, journaling gets everything out of my body so the negative energy is gone.

I’ve never gotten in to journaling, although it’s highly recommended. I think for me, I tend to process emotions verbally (talking with my mom, specifically) and not through writing. I do wish I had a consistent writing habit.
