I am tired of when I say I have ADHD, people ask "what is it" 😪 I cannot explain properly. I am tired of trying to explain properly too. "Maybe I should start saying it is everything to me 🤷🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️"

I'm tired of people saying "that's just an excuse" or "that's just a crutch" because, yeah, U love being like this so I use it as an excuse to not have a normal functioning ability... 🙄
