I like the Tiimo app. SoundsZen also sells paper daily motivational planners on etsy
I keep all my notes in Obsidian. It’s the absolute perfect solution for me, because I take notes about a huge variety of topics (as any ADHDer would), and it makes it very easy for me to label them, categorize them, and even see the connections between different notes in graph views. You can also make mind maps using the notes, which is awesome to help me make sense of everything.
I put all my reminders and notes into my calendar. I really like how Microsoft has integrated the tasks and calendar. It helps stay organized.
