What is Squad?

I just paid for my first month of Numo because of the free trial made it seem quite promising. What is the process or where do I go to ask a question about the website? I’m going to try asking it here: I can’t figure out the squad tab. When I open it, I see there are posted to do lists. I tried to post some thing about my day, and it did not appear. Where did it go? What is the purpose of the squad? I never got any information about orienting my way around the website. I thought I would be able to figure everything out as easily as the to do list. But I’m confused about the squad and a couple of other aspects of Numo. I can’t find any place to reach someone who works for Numo. Can someone help me please?

about the squad... you have the ability to share updates, discuss your assignments, and express your feelings. soon the NUMO team will rewrite all the articles (in which they will explain how the squad works) and it will be more convenient for everyone to use the app. if you need instructions in screenshots, you can write to support or anna@mindist.io

I’m new too and having the same experience. It’s not that user friendly for me. I assumed the squad was a few ppl to share the experience with. I wasn’t able to add a task…. Help

I’m with you on having a hard time making sense of different aspects of the website. Unfortunately I opted to cancel as I can’t afford something that I’m not able to receive the full benefit of.
