⭐️ HACK ⭐️ Grab the thing

If something’s hard to get done, just grab the thing. Example: Brushing teeth -> grab the toothbrush I often find it hardest to take the first step in a progress, thats why this is such a great hack. I hope someone can use it ⭐️
