Most of us are quite busy most days and our ADHD tends to compound those feelings. I’ve found that instead of putting 30 things on my to-do list; I just need to put the two main things I need to accomplish that day. When I do this I don’t feel overwhelmed, but rather like I can achieve my goals for that day. And most the time I do, and then I jump in and am even more productive. Oddly enough, when I have a long task list, it’s difficult for me to start and even get 1 of the things passed off. So, pick two things and go to it! You’ll be amazed at how much it simplifies things. 1 item feels you didn’t do enough and three things can start to overwhelm…
