Undiagnosed currently but looking to get my brain tested soon. Accidentally stumbling onto some information about ADHD for the first time and it called out allllllllll of the things that have been making me wonder WHY?? I’ve scored on every online test that i could find. But nothing else has made more sense. Also no one but me seems to be shocked at this news. I could barely wtite this post lmao!
Yep!! 58 and I’ve had an idea for past couple years but really started researching this year!! Why did I wait so long to even consider I had a problem - wait maybe it’s because I never focused on me before!! Bingo!! Well, hopefully it’s never to late to start overthinking! 😂😂😂😂
I found that it was a great relief to realise I wasn’t just lazy and that I’m never going to be able to operate like a neurotypical
I had my first appointment yesterday. I’ll get checked for the first time in an age of 35.
