How much do you estimate your monthly ADHD “tax” is?

Now that school is out, I finally had a chance to clear off my extremely junky desk, and what did I find??? A package from Amazon with clothes I purchased that didn’t fit right. Now, the deadline has passed, and I’m out of $237! So, how about it squad, anyone in the same boat?

Ok…I just got this tip from my therapist yesterday regarding groceries… She recommends I compile my grocery list and order it from the grocery store. I’ve never tried shopping for my groceries this way because I don’t trust others to pick out the fruits and meats I’m going to throw away next week. 😬However, I’m going to give it a try with my non-perishables. Has anyone tried this? Did it help you keep your expenses down?

It's been less so since I switched most of my bills to my KOHO account where there aren't overdraft fees but I would very often get multiple NSF fees a month for forgetting to have enough in the right account. Plus all the late night impulsive Uber eats orders. I recently downloaded an app blocker though and am not allowed to open it after 10 pm.

Probably $200-500 in subscriptions to things I forget I have and don’t use.

Yep. All of the above. I live like two blocks away from my favourite restaurant and still hit skip. The dishes. Just can’t get out of my head. Lol
