Time blindness successes?

So time blindness has always been a thing that has left me feeling like I'm failing at life... question is after many work interventions, and warnings (verbal/written/final...) strategies, plans, tools and attempts... what have you found to be the most helpful ways to keep your head above the water of upsetting others?

Well for me 3 things, are important. #1 I had to accept that this is a part of me, and always will be. Not cool, but a fact. #2 setting timers to keep track of time, AND accept I might not be done with the task, but other task are more important now. #3 set a date/time for when to continue the task I stopped doing. It's not a miracle plan, but it helps me a bit.

I have most always had a job where I can be late and work at my own pace… which is actually fast but not on a neurotypical schedule

I set alarms for every 5 minutes before I need to do something but that still barely works

I accepted this trait in me. I always send a message if I'm getting late
