Regulating my emotions might be the hardest task for me. It affects all my relationships. What do you guys do?
Regulating my emotions might be the hardest task for me. It affects all my relationships. What do you guys do?
I also struggle with emotional dysregulation. I’ve found a therapist that specializes in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and the coping skills I’ve learned have been super helpful. I’ll probably always experience big emotions and accepting that as a fact does help in managing them better.
