Earplugs

I have bought two sets of loop earplugs. They work great, but I keep losing track of where I put them. There somewhere in my house... I was gonna make my own earrings that I could attach them too... but I keep forgetting to do that. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ ADHD is hard.

I couldn’t live without my loops. I don’t sleep in them every night but I do sometimes. I literally couldn’t do my job without them and even wear them in the cinema to help me block out other people.

I have loop and wear them religiously at work. I bought two strengths so I could have protection based on how sensitive I am at that moment. Love love love them. I would pick something else for sleeping though

I love the loop earplugs I have, but if you go to home Depot and get the big over-the-ear protection? I love those.
