Exhausted not being productive today and I need to make progress.
I’m waiting to hear back on advice on the next step of a project. Im just having a hard time transitioning my focus and energy into the other things I need to do . All I want to do is sleep, but if I do that, I won’t have my food prep for tomorrow, clothes washed groceries ect ect. I tried to nap, but it’s not working. I would need like a three hour nap just to have time to fall asleep and motivate to get back out the bed. 😞
