I like the idea of doing notes. I did try that once but lost all the notebooks.

Take advantage of that. Keep a notebook nearby and write stuff down as it pops into your head…brain dump. Journal also helps in general, especially helpful to manage anxiety.
Being alone because everyone else is asleep is one thing, but I feel that less light = fewer stimuli = more focus 💅🏻✨ our brains are tired after a whole day of overanalyzing everything so we can focus on one task not a billion
