Stress relief

For me, be outside enjoying mother nature is the best way to stop my crazy brain from zooming around my skull. It help me to take a breath and just be.

I love being out in nature but I struggle to get out the door. Fortunately, my therapist is helping me with this. I look forward to spending time in the parks and woods in the future.
