If i have something important to do, this is the first thing i do in the day. Otherwise I’ll just push it in front of me all day, and propably procrastinate not getting anything done at all..
I use Microsoft ToDo on my work computer and it’s paired with my cellphone. I have 3 lists for work: Routine (recurrent tasks), Standard and Fun (usually things I would like to improve to make my work easier). Each morning, I choose three tasks and confirm with my boss if she has anything urgent that would bypass what I planned.
Oh yes sticky notes are a ADHDer’s best friend. Haha. Fr, at work I have a LOT on notes just too keep my brain focused and decluttered, and can look at them later to remember. That way I’m not overwhelming myself and can put my mind at rest knowing, I have a reminder.
Well, I find it very hard to focus on tasks that need to get done in a shift. So for example I work at a liquor store as a shift leader atm. First thing in the morning I make a list of all the things I need to do in the day. This way in won’t forget or miss anything important and I don’t need to worry about someone looking down on me.
