I think the adult diagnosis stuff has its own unique challenges, I’ve definitely experienced some of that. But I also think it’s still better to understand ourselves as accurately as possible, to give us more tools and more context going forward. We’ve likely got decades ahead of us, so why not make the years as ND-friendly as possible? Welcome!
