How many days a week do you guys workout. I used to stay consistent with 4-5 but now I rarely go once a week. I miss it but I’m so overwhelmed this time of year that I have no energy to go. Any tips?

Oh and always lay out your workout clothes the night before!
Accountability. I joined a Pilates studio where they run classes and had a challenge - with names on the wall ticking off the days and everything with a prize at the end for those who kept up attendance for the month. I made the focus just turning up, if I was tired I just did the easy options and allowed myself to do the bare minimum. I also treated myself to a coffee first at the local cafe, ensured I got to bed early enough, bought nice workout gear and attend a studio I like with others I’m soon got to know. Solo in the gym doesn’t work for me. It’s been a year and I’ve mixed up my exercise now I’m fitter but the habit has stuck. I need exercise Ive realised, it’s my top ADHD hack.
