I love to draw, digitally and on paper. I also have alot of plants, both of these have clearly helped my mental health alot.

I love to paint, draw, digitally design, and photograph astrology and landscape or any nature! 😁😁 all introverted tasks. I've been doing them my whole life even as a child. I struggled for a bit wondering the same until i stopped and thought to myself... I change things and interests all the time.... what is something I've repeatedly come back to because i just simply got burnout temporary or lost creativity? [ie: depression episodes] art was always something, well really the only constant hobby in my whole life [consistent meaning it wasn't a one and done. [ every few years I'd create something in that medium] what did you always love and thoroughly enjoy doing as a child? What is something you can get lost into doing and look up realizing hours and hours have passed by with zero stress anxiety or depression? I found my art is for when i was to spend hours and my photography is great for when i have minimal energy😁

Knitting is nice for me because I can have multiple projects going on at once, I can decide if I want to do something complex that requires focus or if I want to zone out in simple knit stitch while watching a movie. Sometimes I will sit and knit for hours at a time and other times I’ll do like 30 seconds and be like “ugh no thanks.” It’s helped me make so many friends, and so many article of clothing! I didn’t get the hang of it at first, so if you lose motivation easily I would say go into it knowing that.
